Steve is a diligent thinker of construction. “I cannot say enough about Steve Larkin – he is a rare gem. I have known Steve since the early 90’s when I built my first house. He was referred to me by the owner of a GORGEOUS home whose sole piece of advice was to use her finish carpenter, Steve Larkin, because his work was impeccable, his ability to solve quandaries remarkable, and he was very likable guy to boot!  It was great advice.

Steve and I have worked together on four houses for me, personally, and I have referred him numerous times to clients, friends and family without hesitation, as I do here.  As a general contractor, he commands the respect of his subs and everybody likes him, so they rise to the occasion; the job site has a good vibe because of it.  He does a great job at getting multiple bids, when needed, and his regular suppliers and subs are quality people who stand behind their work.
